3. This Web site is directed at customers accessing the site from within
the UK and who are subject to UK law. Those who access this site from other
locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and tax regime.
4. Orders may only be placed by those who are at least 18 years old.
5. All prices are shown in GB £ Sterling. Purity on Tap Ltd. reserves
the right to change any advertised prices at any time. Prices shown are only applicable to purchases made through the website. Prices in the shops may vary from those shown.
6. All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.
If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given
a full refund.
7. Delivery of Goods
Delivery within Mainland UK costs £4.50 PER ORDER.
Delivery outside of mainland UK by arrangement only - Please use the "contact us" page for further details (delivery charges may be made).
Delivery will normally be made within 7 working days of the order being
placed. Should there be a delay in the dispatch of the order the customer
will be informed by e-mail within 48 hours.
Any special delivery instructions in the event of no one being present
to receive the parcel should be advised at the time of order.
8. Returns of Goods
Unless indicated, any goods may be returned to Purity on Tap Ltd. within 14 days
of receipt at the customer's expense, provided that they are unused, in the
original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Upon inspection and confirmation of the above the customer's account will then be credited with the original purchase price of the item(s) including any postage.
In the event of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from date of order
before contacting Purity on Tap either in writing or by e-mail.
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, the customer
should retain the product and contact Purity on Tap Ltd by e-mail or in writing within
10 days of receipt, whereupon a replacement or refund will be arranged.
9. Payment Options
Payment can be made Online using the following credit/debit cards:

The following cards are not currently accepted

- Diners Club
Payment made Online will be charged to your account on receipt of order.
Payment can also be accepted by CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDERS made payable
in GB Pounds Sterling to "Purity on Tap Ltd" and sent to:

Please enclose details of your order, together with your name and address, and allow up to 7 working days for your cheque/postal order to clear
before we dispatch your order.
10. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as
it is possible to do so, to keep all details of your order and payment
secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held
liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised
access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.
11. All images are for illustration purposes only, sizes; weights; colours and
measurements are approximate and for guidance purposes only.
12. Purity on Tap Ltd shall not be liable or responsible for any
consequential loss or damage claim or liabilities of any kind whatsoever arising
in respect of a product supplied by the company.
13. Purity on Tap does not accept any responsibility for
any Web site not under our control, which may act as a portal to our site or be
connected by a link with our site.
14. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time
without prior notice.
15. None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
